Breath & Movement Lunch Break
Sturgeon County would like to offer its community an opportunity to pause, take a break, unwind, relax, stretch, and recharge.
Join Vannessa Gover from the Body Barn Studio, for a virtually lunch break focusing on balancing gentle movement with our breath.
During this Virtual workshop we will combine traditional Hatha Yoga based movement, while incorporating gentle breath work, and breathing exercises. This mini–Lunch break is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
