Centre Park Centre Park is located in the downtown area of Gibbons, home of the Country Cone Ice Cream store. Centre Park is an intergenerational park that was refurbished as part of a millennium project. It offers a playground structure, a gazebo and a picnic area, as well as a memorial for victims of 9/11.
