Heritage Industrial Park is located just West of Morinville, Alberta along Highway 642, just minutes from Highway 2. Heritage Industrial is zoned I3, Medium Industrial Unserviced District. I3 zoning allows for permitted uses including (but not limited to): agricultural support, contractor services (major/minor), equipment and fleet sales/service, storage and warehousing. The area has recently seen major development in the agricultural and agribusiness industries. Lying just northwest of Heritage Industrial, the Westmor Grain Terminal recently completed a major expansion, while G3 Canada Limited has also announced plans to construct a high-efficiency primary grain terminal in the area.

Villeneuve Airport is owned and operated by the Edmonton International Airport (EIA). Villeneuve Airport is the primary flight-training facility in the Edmonton Metro Region and is uniquely positioned to facilitate the expansion of the aerospace, cargo and logistics industries into the County and northern Alberta. A significant amount of new, privately-funded development is currently taking place at Villeneuve Airport. There are 6 newly-leased lots under development and 14 newly sub-divided greenfield lots available for lease. Villeneuve Airport is located just West of St. Albert and is bordered by the CN Rail network to the North.
